Welcome to The Cholo Cholo Hotsprings website. By using this website and making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1.1 Booking & Payment

  1. All bookings are subject to availability.
  2. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  3. Payments can be made via FPX online banking through Billplz.
  4. Selected payments may also be available via card or eWallet in the future.
  5. Remaining balance (if any) can be paid at the premises using cash, DuitNow QR, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, or Visa/Mastercard card.

1.2 Booking Rules

  1. Changing booking date and time is not allowed.
  2. A penalty charge of RM20 may apply for approved changes to booking date or time.
  3. No refund will be provided for cancellations.
  4. Booking for more than 3 hours must be arranged directly through WhatsApp.
  5. Cooking is only allowed at designated Pool BBQ areas.

1.3 Payment Time Limit

  1. Customers must complete payment within 5 minutes after booking submission.
  2. Failure to complete payment may cause the selected reservation slot to be temporarily locked by the system for up to 1 hour.

1.4 Confirmation & Receipt

  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring they receive the order receipt or booking confirmation email after payment is completed.

1.5 Check-In & Usage

  1. Guests are required to follow all safety rules and instructions at the premises.
  2. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings for misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or damage to property.
  3. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

1.6 Facilities

  1. Facilities include private pools, public pools, event spaces, BBQ areas, and related amenities.
  2. Certain facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, or operational reasons.

1.7 Pricing

  1. Prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Promotional packages are valid only during the stated period.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

  1. The Cholo Cholo Hotsprings shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage arising from the use of the facilities.

1.9 Changes to Terms

  1. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy

  1. All confirmed bookings are subject to this refund policy.
  2. Payments made are non-refundable if customers cancel the booking.
  3. Changes to booking date or time are generally not allowed and are subject to management approval.
  4. An administrative penalty of RM20 may be charged for approved booking changes.
  5. In the event the booking needs to be cancelled by management due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose either rescheduling or refund of the affected booking amount.
  6. Guests who fail to arrive on the booking date without prior notice will not be entitled to any refund.
  7. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
